Wonka Crackers? A strange name I know but you will be surprised that these crackers taste like something other than you think.. Remember the gum from Wonka’s Chocolate Factory that tasted like something other than gum? These crackers are like that. They taste like sloppy joe meat.. If you are struggling with craving meat- have a cracker :-)

8 cups cut up red bell pepper ( I ran out of red so also used 2 yellow and a green)
1/2 cup almond flour (the pulp leftover from making almond milk dehydrated and powdered in the food processor)
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
4 tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 tbsp sea salt
4 tbsp raisins soaked
8 tbsp of the soaking water for the raisins

Puree in the food processor. Spread out onto the dehydrator trays with the teflex sheets on them. This made 3 trays. As I was spreading it out I kept getting holes- it is a wet mix so just keep playing with it until you have no holes.
Put in dehydrator on 105 degrees. It took mine about 36 hours or so. Midway I flipped them over. Then about 8 hours from them being done I took them out and cut into cracker shapes and put them back on the trays and back in the dehydrator.
These do hit the spot. My kids love them.. I hope you do too!
