I love this book. Since I am the only  raw foodie in my family right now it is a great resource for me to make myself a quick meal or dessert. All of the recipes are pretty simple, using ordinary ingredients and equipment. We tried the brownies already and they were devoured within minutes. They were one of the most simple raw brownie recipes we have found.
