An Asian take on my spicy coleslaw.
Dressing:
Juice from 4 limes
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
1-2 tbsp of sriracha hot sauce
3 gloves of garlic grated
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Salad:
1/2 large head red cabbage shredded
1 whole small head green cabbage shredded
1 small red onion diced
3 carrots grated
1/4-1/2 cup of cilantro chopped.
Mix salad ingredients together and top with dressing. Mix well. Taste to see if you need more salt or pepper.. Or hot sauce for that matter. It is spicy but flavorful.
