I had a couple of people ask for an update on the Raw Star Ceramic Knives from Chef Bryan Au. After almost a month of using the knives and peeler exclusively I have to say without a shred of doubt that I would highly recommend these knives and peeler to anyone. The knives are just as sharp as they were the day I took them out of the box. I love the peeler! I use it daily and it is the best peeler I have ever used! I plan on buying the peelers for my family this year for part of their Christmas gift.
So there you have it. The knives are worth the investment. I can’t wait to get the cleaver.. I have a birthday just around the corner!
