I absolutely love these ceramic knives from Chef Bryan Au. Not only does the knife feel good in your hand (it has a bamboo handle) but it cuts through veggies and fruit easily.. A couple of years ago I bought the best set of stainless steel knives I could find at Walmart. They were not cheap. I took very good care of these knives and even so after a week I could already see nicks in the blade. I used the sharpener that was built into the block but it didn’t help. Only time will tell with these knives but we are already hitting the week mark and absolutely no nicks. Another great point- they are priced just right- $25-$80! Much cheaper than most ceramic knives of lesser quality.
