I received a phone call from my daughter. I was on my way to pick up a prescription for my husband. He was being released from the hospital after having had emergency surgery to repair a hernia in his diaphragm. I had spent 5 days at the hospital and I was exhausted. So I get a phone call from my daughter who is at home holding down the fort. She says I have a package from Pure Market Express.. I had forgotten it was to arrive that day. She tells me that there is lasagna, chocolate cheesecake, jalapeno poppers and pepperoni bites.. Yum! Dinner! Oh, did I forget to mention that all of the food is raw and vegan?? Pure Market Express is a wonderful online company that makes premade raw vegan dishes and then delivers them right to your door! Entrees, appetizers, pantry items, desserts, breakfast, lunch and dinner.. So many amazing looking eats!

These are the Pepperoni Bites. These are very good. The kids love them.

This is the lasagna- I didn’t get the garlic bread. The lasagna was amazing..

The jalapeno poppers was one of my favorite.

Of course the chocolate cheesecake was the most favorite item! I sure needed chocolate. Everyone had to have a bite or two- so I got very little but what I did get was amazing!!!

Chef Rebecca is the sweetest. A mom of a large family like me. So she and her business has a special place in my heart. Her husband and co-owner of Pure Market Express has been documenting his own journey to lose weight and live the raw vegan lifestyle on 30 Rawq . He is a pretty cool guy, I have enjoyed watching his videos. . They are very family oriented which I so appreciate.
