Mellow Mushroom OPEN in Charlotte’s Myers Park, W/ Daiya Vegan Cheese!

After a 3 year absence in Charlotte, Mellow Mushroom has returned with a BRAND NEW location at 2820 Selwyn Avenue near Colony.If you’ve never had Mellow Mushroom, expect a laid-back, relaxed atmosphere. The food is fantastic, and many Atlantians and Athens, GS residents SWEAR by Mellow Pizza. They are very accomodating to Vegans, offering Daiya Vegan Cheese, TONS of Fresh Veggie Toppings, Tofu, and Tempeh! There are a few subs, including a Tempeh Sub, that are great as well!
