Avocado Hummus VeganeClub

Avocado Hummus

2 Cans garbanzo beans (drained)
6 tablespoons tahini (sesame butter)
1/2 cup lemon juice or more to suit taste
6 cloves of garlic- more or less according to taste
4 teaspoon cumin
salt, pepper to taste
2 tbsp dried parsley
3 tbsp olive oil
3 avocados chopped up

Place all the ingredients except the olive oil and avocados in food processor and process until smooth. Add a few tbsps of olive oil. Add in the avocado and blend just into incorporated. Do not over blend. Adjust seasonings and enjoy with some nice crackers. We used Dr Krackers Seedlander Flatbreads.
