This book is probably one of my favorite raw food books. Angela also has several ebooks full of awesome recipes (stay tuned for reviews of those ebooks in the near future). I love the fact that this particular book is about fast raw gourmet meals. Part of being able to succeed in this lifestyle is being prepared, but let’s face it sometimes we just get sidetracked and we get busy. What do you do when you are hungry and eating a salad or having a smoothie just doesn’t sound that appealing. This book helps to answer the question “What in the world am I going to eat tonight?”
I love the pictures and Angela’s easy going style. I have had a chance to chat with her a little bit via email and get to know her a little bit via Facebook. She is one amazing lady.
